The Digital for Business programme, run by your Local Enterprise Office (LEO), offers Irish SMEs a free, one to one digital consultancy session with an experienced, qualified digital advisor.

Your business will get a personalised review of how it operates and a report with tailored recommendations for

  • Increasing online visibility
  • Enhancing sales and marketing

This support is 100% free for qualifying businesses.

What happens during the consultancy?

A registered Digital for Business Consultant will

1. 1. Meet with you (virtually or in person) to understand how your business runs.
   2. Identify digital tools or systems that could help you such as: 
      • Time tracking or productivity tools
      • Project management software
      • Cloud based accounting or proposal apps
      • CRM Customer Relationship Management systems or lead management platforms
      • AI tools
   3. Provide a full report with clear recommendations tailored to your specific needs.

This is not generic advice, it is designed to help your specific business run more efficiently. And no, you will not get the same thing from ChatGPT. Tip: When you do engage with your Consultant, which will be FREE to you, it would be optimum to make the best use of their time. To this end, do write up a rough idea of what you want to end up with and what resources you have so far. The more input you give the Consultant the more focused they can be when doing research on your behalf.  This is a one time offer, so make the most of it.

Future grant opportunity for a Grow Digital Voucher

Once you have completed the free Digital for Business consultancy, you can apply for the Grow Digital Voucher, offering up to €5,000 or 50% in funding to implement any of the recommended tools or systems.

This can include SaaS software licences, CRM integrations or even sales or digital marketing platforms. And 50% on training on these platforms.
