Duration: Two hours Team Intensive with client plus 2 hours without client, where we write up the detailed report
Venue: On site or online or in MEANit office
Tasks: Having a look at your overall web presence, website, Google knowledge graph, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Instagram, Youtube, email marketing and any local portals, anything that is relevant to your overall web presence. We look at at your budgets, your content creation methodology, graphic design, branding, videography, photography and digital marketing.
Planning what you are going to do with your web presence and web partners over the next six months, setting targets for your team and various web partners, including Digital Marketers, Graphic Designers, Social Media Marketers, PR Team and anyone tasked with adding to your overall web presence.
Deliverables: Detailed report within 14 days

: Twice a year which is optional and allows us gauge your progress and set tasks for the next 6 months.

Duration: Four hours Team Intensive with client plus 3 to 4 hours without client, where we write up the detailed report and subsequent proposal based on our conversation
Venue: On site or online or in MEANit office
Tasks: Having a look at your existing business and what you do, which products or services, do you sell or provide. How do you use your current website to help to do that? What do you understand your strengths and weakness to be?

Who is your ideal customer ? Why? What do they do? How do they engage online with you or your cmpetitors? Do you have Personas created for each customer type? What sort of feedback do you get and how do you get it?

Looking at UI user interface and UX user experience, how do visitors to your website behave? How do you want them to behave? Lok at CTAs calls to action, navigation, landing pages, external marketing links.

Look at the content of your website and determine if it is suitable, does it engage, is it cohesive, do visitors follow a well trodden path?
