Voucher (2021)
Funding of 50% up to €2500 available
Invest as little as €5000 to get your business trading online or to upgrade your existing website with your local LEO covering 50% to a max of €2500*
*grant is capped at €2,500 and is subject to eligibility, terms and conditions
Under the Government’s National Strategy, the now expanded Trading Online Voucher Scheme helps small businesses with up to 10 employees to trade more online, boost sales and reach new markets.
There is up to €2,500 available through the Local Enterprise Offices with co-funding of the balance coming from business*
Training and further business supports are also provided by Local Enterprise Offices and businesses that have already received a Trading Online Voucher can now apply for a second voucher, where upgrades are required.
What is Covered ?
You can use the voucher towards the investment of getting your business
online which includes services such as:
and also services such as IT consultation, e-commerce website development/upgrade, online booking systems, internet software,
online advertising, digital marketing and App development.
Who Can Apply?
Any Sector
10 or less employees
Turnover less than €2 million
Must be trading for at least 6 Months
Limited or no online presence
Businesses who have availed of this voucher in the past can also re-apply for a second time for the purposes of upgrading their current website - e.g. adding extra features/functionality, new graphics etc.
Co-funding Explained
There is up to €2,500 available through the Local Enterprise Offices with co-funding of the balance from the business*
So, if you were to invest €5000 towards your website, you can claim back €2,500, leaving you want with a net spend of just €2500
E-Merge Grant from Intertrade Ireland
There is also €2,800 available through Intertrade Ireland in the E-Merge Grant, for qualifying companies.
