The Client
An existing client Richard Cave came back for a third website in five years.
The Problem
This time an eCommerce platform to promote and sell stationery online, especially Memorial Cards.
The Brief
This site had to be custom designed, by Janine, then developed and delivered within 10 weeks. The shop had to have some extra functionality, to allow visitors personalise the stationery. The text, board type and images had to be customisable.
The Approach
After our initial Discovery meetings with Richard , we moved straight to a wireframe and to custom design and designer Janine came up with an agreed design after a few small revisions. Then we built a business website on a WordPress platform using the Divi theme. And we added a suitable WooCommerce, eCommerce plugin and configured it for the team to use.
The Results for Donegal Memorials
The site launched in late 2021. The team got busy adding products and they are enjoying the new website and how user friendly it is. Much like their other MEANit websites.
The team can add, edit and delete content themselves. They can take orders and payments online, set up freight fees, manage forms and market online to drive sales. And existing clients can order through this website, much like a client portal. This saves the team so much time and allows their clients order exactly what they want.

We have a very happy repeat client who is also happy to recommend us. And this is ideal for our Portfolio. And Richard has good technical skills himself, so he signs up all his websites for Monthly Support Plans.
