The team can only take on a small number of new clients each month, so there is an initial conversation to check there is a good fit on both sides, without any hard sales pitches.

How long does a website take to design and develop?

Design and development work can take one to three weeks once all content is ready, but a full project typically runs four to eight weeks. Time is spent on discovery, planning, wireframes, design approvals and content gathering before development, testing and search engine optimisation.

Do you have a website design process?

Yes. MEANit follows a defined multi step website design process, from initial enquiry and discovery, through planning, wireframes and design, into development, testing, launch and ongoing support. The process is explained in more detail on the dedicated Our Process page.

Do you offer ongoing SEO search engine optimisation?

Yes. MEANit offers initial and ongoing SEO services to help firms in Ireland get found in Google and AI driven search results. Ongoing work focuses on improving visibility, attracting the right visitors and generating pre qualified leads rather than simply chasing traffic volume.

What is GEO Generative Engine Optimisation and AEO Answer Engine Optimisation?

GEO is Generative Engine Optimisation and AEO is Answer Engine Optimisation. Both relate to helping your content appear in AI driven answers and long form search queries, including voice search. MEANit treats GEO and AEO as part of good SEO practice, writing and structuring content so that it works for Google, AI overviews and other search platforms.

Do you offer ongoing website support and maintenance?

Yes. MEANit offers website support plans to keep WordPress sites secure, fast and up to date, with health checks, updates, monitoring and monthly reports. Clients are expected to be on a care plan if they want MEANit to work on their site on an ongoing basis.

Do you offer AI training?

MEANit provides AI training for its own clients, mainly for marketing teams. Training covers using AI for written, photographic and video content, chatbots, email, first draft proposals, recruitment documents and SEO tasks such as metadata and blog outlines.

Do you have an hourly web design rate?

Yes. MEANit has an hourly rate for ad hoc work and a lower rate for existing clients on support plans. In general, the agency prefers not to do one off work on websites it did not build, and will usually start with a website audit to see what is in place and what needs to be fixed.

Do you offer eCommerce website design?

MEANit can deliver eCommerce websites for manufacturers and professional services businesses where there is a clear path to a return on investment. The agency does not focus on traditional retail or hospitality eCommerce because of the high competition and investment required to be profitable in those markets.
